Auburn Drive High School has a long history of providing exceptional educational enhancements to regular school programming.  We could use your help in ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate. Upcoming Educational Excursions

  1. In March 2018, the open trip for Auburn students will be to Peru where students will experience the Amazon Rainforest, Machu Picchu and so much more!
  2. In spring 2018, our music program will be traveling to Chicago to experience the arts and its history in person.  Chicago has one of the world’s leading symphonies, as well as deep roots in the history of jazz music.
  3. Some funds raised will also go toward enhancing students’ arts experience in high school. Thank you so much for your support!

The highest online bids will become the first bids placed at the in-person auction. You may still be outbid at this event, so we encourage you to be in attendance.

If you are unable to attend the live auction, but would like to continue to bid,

please contact the Auction Administrator about Proxy Bidding.

Winning bidders will be contacted after the end of the in-person auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Cash (In person only please)
  • Debit or Credit on night of live Auction
  • eTransfers

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:

Winning Bidders can pick their items up at Big Leagues, Nov 18th or by arrangement with the Administrator.

Note: Shipping may require an additional fee. Contact the Auction Administrator for details prior to placing any bids.

 

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • This auction transitions to a live in-person auction after online bidding closes. You still may be outbid at the live event. The online portion of the auction will not reflect the final live auction results.
  • When the live event auction closes, all winning bidders will receive notification regarding the status of the items they have won.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email.
